What started as a man and his dog playing golf turned into an amusing video that went viral online.

For those uninitiated in the world of golf, a ‘dogleg left’ is when the hole bends like the hind leg of a dog. As you can see from the video, this dog doesn’t have any trouble navigating the course – he runs straight ahead as his dad’s caddy!

The dog waits impatiently for the ball to be hit as his dad lines up the shot, completely concentrated on getting the ball in the hole. The ball zooming through the air is a spectacular site for both owner and dog. What comes next is something even more amazing: His dad tells him to go get it.

The Spaniel-like dog sprints down the green after the ball. If you look closely, you can see him dashing toward it. He’s loyal and brings the ball back faithfully.
